Coaching Options That Fit You

  • 1:1 Personal Training

    If you want focused attention, have a specific goal, or just feel more comfortable starting out solo,this is the most personalised option. I’ll guide you through everything and make sure we’re progressing at your pace.

  • 2:1 Coaching

    It’s still personalised and coached throughout, just with the added bonus of having someone else there for a bit of support and motivation.

  • Small Group Coaching (Up to 4 People)

    This is ideal if you want structure and structure. Every group is kept small, so you’re still getting individual coaching, it’s just in a more social setting. Most of my group clients train early mornings or mid-morning and love the mix of accountability, progress, and community.
